So, we went for our 16 week appointment today not knowing what to expect. This was, by far, the shortest appointment we've been to yet! Although it was short, it was super sweet because we got to hear baby's little heartbeat! It was precious! swish swish swish swish...the doctor could even tell that baby turned over while she was listening! Amazing!
Dr. LaBelle also measured my stomach, and it measured exactly 16 weeks...so everything is right on track!
I know some of you might be anxious for some belly pics, and I'm sorry to tell you that you won't get them in this post...Honestly, I keep forgetting to take them! You see, until pretty recently, you couldn't really see anything, so it didn't seem like there was anything to take a picture of! But, I've got a little belly now, and elastic has become my friend :) I'll be sure to start taking some pictures and post them as soon as I can!
In other baby news...we bought a crib! We'll get to pick it up in Atlanta during our next trip...which just so happens to be to a HARRY CONNICK JR. CONCERT!!!!!!! We're shifting furniture around, starting to clean out all of our junk from the nursery, and trying to get organized...what do you think? nesting!?! :)
